Y4-70 Boiler Fan is to adapt to various coal burning or smoke and dust removal device with a small (0.5 ~ 4t / h) industrial boiler designed fan . Where the inlet gas temperature conditions t = 250 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa = 101300Pa, γ = 0.672kg/m3 Gas specific gravity of the situation , the performance and rather caught apply.
★ Structure and Model
Currently small industrial boiler series are more pros and cons of burning coal and the poor, the required amount of wind , air pressure differences, therefore, be higher than the original wind pressure requirements . To meet the above, the use of triangular tape (C type ) transmission, in order to the actual situation , by changing the diameter of the pulley to obtain the desired amount of wind pressure .
Fan inlet convergence and divergence type using streamlined , geometric dimensions are the same in 4-72 series , not only the process , workholding mold universal, and better aerodynamic performance of wind turbines , the maximum efficiency of up to 83%.
The fan is made of a single inhalation, machine number has № 4,5,6 three. Rotate left or right can be made rotation of two types . Fan outlet to the cabinet position of the outlet angle , so can be made of 0O, 90O, 180O three kinds of angles.
