★ Brief description :
4-79 centrifugal fan is a centrifugal fan of the original HDG improved , not only retains the original advantages of HDG centrifugal fan , centrifugal fan of the original HDG been greatly improved , so that 4-79 type centrifugal ventilation machines to improve performance and improve the noise, this series of products Total 3,31 / 2,4,41 / 2,5,6,7,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 other fourteen kinds of machine number which 5,6,7,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 and ten other machine number has double inlet type .
★ Uses:
4-79 centrifugal fan ( hereinafter referred to as fans ) can be used as general ventilation , the use of the following conditions:
1 . Applications: As a general building factories and large indoor ventilation , as both an input gas , also used as the output gases.
2 . Transporting gas species : air and other non- spontaneous combustion, harmless , non-corrosive to steel material gases.
3 . Impurities within the gas : gas was allowed viscous substances contained in the dust and hard particles is not greater than 150mg/m3.
4 . Gas temperature : not exceeding 80oC.
★ Fan type :
Fan can be made right rotation and left rotation two kinds of patterns , from the motor end of the face , the impeller rotates clockwise rotation of the fan as the right , the "right " means , counterclockwise rotation, called the left rotating blower to " left ".
Fan outlet location to the chassis of the outlet angle . 4-79 type fan No.3 ~ No.6 at the factory are made of a type , No.3 ~ No.6 outlet position adjustment range 0 o ~ 225 o, interval is 45 o, No.3 ~ 6 of transmission mode for the a-type transmission , No.7 ~ 8 transmission mode for the C -type transmission . No.7 ~ 20 made from a fixed location of the outlet of the three , 0 o, 90 o, 180 o, can not be adjusted , No.10 ~ 20 of the transmission mode for the E -type transmission , so need to be specified when ordering .
★ fan structure:
4-79 type fan in the No.3 ~ 6 fan mainly by the impeller , casing, inlet and other units assigned direct-motor and components. No.7 ~ 20 In addition to the above section , and the drive portion or the like .
